The Greycat MDC is a compact ground-based anti-air defence vehicle designed to protect squads, vehicles, and forward positions from airborne threats. Developed by Greycat Industrial, the MDC is the first ground vehicle in the Star Citizen universe to feature an automated Point Defense Turret (PDT), purpose-built to engage incoming missiles, torpedoes, and low-flying hostile craft. Its rugged rover platform keeps mobility on the ground while maintaining constant vigilance in the air.
The MDC’s rear-mounted automated ballistic Gatling PDT can be controlled directly from the driver’s seat or left to operate independently, continuing to provide aerial coverage even when the operator dismounts. The turret can be swapped for missile or laser variants, allowing the vehicle to adapt to different combat environments and threat profiles.
